Business Development Manager (LatAm/ Europe)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively research and attract payment solutions relative to the assigned market;
  • Negotiate favorable terms of cooperation with payment solutions relative to the assigned market;
  • Manage the onboarding process of new payment providers with the collaboration of the internal legal team;
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with the existing payment providers;
    Actively collaborate with the internal tech team post legal onboarding process in order to set up new solutions on the product properly;
  • Monitor trends and changes in regulations within the assigned market;
  • Implement a comprehensive base of payment partners, including contacts, fees, solutions, etc.;
  • Collaborate with the internal operational team in order to deal with cases which may require additional negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in iGaming or High-Risk payment processing;
  • Deep understanding of the payment industry and emerging trends, including both growing and already established markets (LatAm, Europe);
  • Deep understanding of the requirements of collaborating with payment providers across both global and local licenses;
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial deals (MDR fees, rolling reserves, set up and administrative fees)  with payment partners;
  • Experience in dealing with KYC/KYB procedures, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS);
  • Strong analytical skills to efficiently and properly assess PSP setup and processing data within the existing products, as well as overall in the market;
  • Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with payment providers.

    Fluent English. Travel availability for client meetings, conferences, and industry events is an advantage. A reliable professional network within the payments and financial services industry is an advantage.
