Influence Marketing Manager

This role focuses on rebuilding and optimizing Tableau dashboards for a multi-brand iGaming business across global markets, ensuring proper architecture, security, and consistency. After the initial phase, you will own the BI layer, support data-driven decisions, and work closely with stakeholders while operating with a high level of autonomy.

You Will:

• Review, redesign, and rebuild ~10 core Tableau dashboards, including finance (P&L, regional and brand performance, budget tracking) and product analytics (casino and sportsbook metrics such as GGR, NGR, player behavior, and game performance);
• Migrate access control from project-level permissions to row-level security, ensuring unified cross-brand reporting;
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, investors, and department heads to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboards;
• Develop and maintain a centralized catalog of business metrics, including definitions, formulas, and naming conventions;
• Ensure data accuracy by implementing validation processes, investigating anomalies, and maintaining high data quality standards;
• Own and maintain the Tableau reporting layer, including automation, updates, and documentation;
• Partner with stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making, challenge assumptions, and recommend analytical approaches;
• Conduct ad-hoc and strategic analysis to support business initiatives (e.g., payment conversion, player profitability, revenue attribution);
• Work closely with the Data Team Lead and cross-functional teams to align on data strategy and deliver insights.

You Have:

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify key business questions, and recommend analytical approaches;
• High level of autonomy and ownership, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems independently;
• Experience working with executive and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into data insights;
• Solid financial literacy, including understanding of P&L metrics (revenue, costs, margins);
• 3–5 years of experience with Tableau, including building dashboards from scratch, implementing security models, and working in multi-user environments;
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries (multi-CTE), performing data validation, and conducting ad-hoc analysis (BigQuery or similar);
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate data discrepancies;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Strong Advantage:

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other industries with complex payment and transaction flows, with a solid understanding of player economics, LTV, cohorts, retention, and transaction analytics;
• Experience working with BigQuery and data transformation tools (e.g., Dataform, dbt);
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-region reporting;
• Experience presenting insights to executive stakeholders;
• Hands-on experience implementing row-level security in Tableau.
